GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind, body or spirit!

went to the SugarHouse Park and grabbed another rust buster 4.5 miler. Felt pretty good. My recovery from TOU on the 17th is coming along just in time. I think that I will do a 2 miler tomorrow just for a shakedown and good luck........See ya all at the SGM saturday.

As I can't sleep before a marathon..and there's lots of prizes for the early buses (none of which I've ever won), I'm game for the 4AM trip up to light the fires. (which might not be needed this year :)
