21 miles this morning running my Dimple Dell to Wasatch training course. 70 degrees with 64% humidity. 34 days till Big Cottonwood. Anybody else here on the FRBlog doing this marathon or half marathon? Speak up.....

FYI - When I run the DDMR to Wasatch I start from home at 4800 ft. in elevation that goes up to just about 6000 ft. and then back home.

The starting line at BC is at the 10,000 foot elevation.
