MY GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind, body or spirit!

I had to return to work today so I will forgo a short recovery run and do a weight resistance workout this evening. Then I will go to bed and get up at 3:15am for my next regularly scheduled training run. 106 days till The Greatest Running Show on Earth.......Boston.

Yea! 105 days till I run my 12th Boston Marathon. I got all my plans for Boston squared up...flight, lodging, etc, etc, etc.....Now all I have to do is get ready to BQ at Boston for Boston 2016!!!!
