Just thought I'd post my running plans for tonight now. I'm gunna do the Beat the (New Years) Clock 5k in Salt Lake City tonight for my 7th or 8th time. I predict I will beat the clock with about a 23 minute 5k.................Happy New Year Everybody!

Hey Ronnie, I'm feeling better and better about SC/USA every day. With last nights 5k tune up under power I really feel good going into the last 32 days before the race. I think I'll be conserative and aim myself for about a 3:40:00. Maybe?
