Not a bad year at all, I placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in my old man AG in 5 out of 7 running events....

I beat the New Years Clock; 19:23 for a 3.2 mile fun run in the Sugar House Park. Hey there was little or no wind and is was somewhere between 1 degree and 6 degrees with a blanket of snow all over the park. At least the road way around the park wasn't snow covered. Anyway, it was a fun evening on the run.....Happy New Year to all my running friends here on the FRB.....
