OK, I was wondering if you were going to run 20, the day after a Half race as stated on your training schedule. I am glad you chose 10 hilly mile. GOOD JOB and looks like a great recovery run with hills to use different muscles. I need to run more hills...just been avoiding them b/c of the bum knee! Can you believe a week from now we'll be on Boylston?!!!

Smooth - You caught me! I started out to do 20 but then I thought I didn't want to push my luck so I rethought the situation and settled for some tough hills and a great recovery run. the run was just that, a great recovery run under tough conditions which keeps me movin towards Boston in 27 days!!!! No I can't believe were almost there!!!!!!

Yo TimP- wish you and Marc were going to be in Boston with us! Maybe next year for the 116th running....
