I'm still alive after all these years (68) and I'm continuing to live my dreams and I'm doing it my way! Retired Former State of Utah Police Criminal Investigator! Two former wives, three former kids (two former boys & one former girl) and three former cats and a Partridge in a Pear Tree.....
10 mi this am on the small block & Mt Rd. 65*, 15mph winds, 20% humidity. 21 days 19 hours till SGM. Hell week is over and it’s on to taper time!

Rhett - I don't think I have ever welcomed to start of a Taper Time as much as I have welcomed this one! It's been a long hard slog through this marathon training cycle, and I welcome the time to rest and repair all the dings, dangs and injuries so I can go out and kick my butt down the course at the St George Marathon in 19 days and 19 hours.
