From Tom Slick on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 20:47:58 from 69.171.160.90

Yo DaleG - I would like to do a 3:30:00 or less, but I'd be most happy to just come in under 4 hrs. We will see how the recovery from TOU went in just a few days!!!!

So do you thing your going to run with us on Saturday??????

From DaleG on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 21:27:45 from 184.223.161.116

I am leaning towards running it. I bought some gel's and electrolite tablets.

From Tom Slick on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 21:48:14 from 69.171.160.90

DaleG - Cool. I'll be looking for you friday at the expo and saturday at the bus to the Starting....

From DaleG on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 22:20:41 from 184.223.161.116

If I don't see you on the bus ride up, which fire will you be at? The usual one near the back?

From Tom Slick on Tue, Sep 27, 2011 at 14:21:05 from 168.179.157.7

DaleG - I don't think that I will be going near the fire pits this year. I'm going to get up near the starting line, get preped and hydrated and get my game face on for the run......It's time to run, we can attend Relief Society later on in the day when the jobs done!

From DaleG on Tue, Sep 27, 2011 at 14:32:13 from 184.223.161.116

Sounds good. I'll look for you near the front. are you going to be with Marc and Ronnie?

From Tom Slick on Tue, Sep 27, 2011 at 18:14:38 from 168.179.157.7

DaleG - I'm not sure what Marc's and Ronnie's start plans are? But I'll find out.....
