MY GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind, body or spirit!

Hot and humid here in Utah......I got out for a 2.62 mile recovery jog this am. Man, that was like sweating bullits but I got all the parts to work and play well together. I wonder what I will do next?

I had other stuff to do today so I passed on running. I will be back on the road tomorrow dark and early! Gotta get ready for what ever marathon I choose to do in November or December to get ready for Boston 2014 ( if I get accepted) TYI......

I got my email notice from the Boston Atheletic Association this afternoon.....I'm doing the 2014 Boston Marathon!!!!!!! This will be my 11th trip to Bean Town to run the marathon.
