MY GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind, body or spirit!

IJR - SGM was my first marathon (1998) and where I first qualified for Boston (1999 for 2000) .

Rhett- I just took a look at the mileage board and were running neck and neck today, so far. I wonder if the lead will hold out till the end of the day? This week is my last higher mileage week of this marathon (SGM) training cycle. Im really looking forward to a glorious 3 week taper going into the St George Marathon!!!😎 I need some good quality rest and recuperation Time to get over the dings and dangs that Ive incurred over this marathon training cycle ! 😎
