MY GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!! Ya know what I mean? This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind or spirit!

Hey Bro DaleG, Thanks for asking that question. I'm feeling really really good about the quality and quantity of training that I achieved preparing for the Full Monte and my future in running. As for my mental, physical, and spiritual condition go, I must say that I am doing the best that I have in several years. I am going to capitalize on this progress and take it into the future with great zeal, success and happiness. That is how I'm feeling going into Saturdays Marathon!!!!
