MY GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind, body or spirit!

got out this am and did an easy run around the big block to ascertain if my yassos we beneficial or a determent to my plan. Seems as though they are beneficial! 22 days 22 hours left....

Went to the Gym for a very light w/o, some elliptical time and a session of steam.

5 mi on the DDMR this am. 68*, no wind, 45% humidity. Went to Payson and watched Smooth finish the Nebo Marathon, in control with the shiney side up and a big smile on her face....What a woman!!! This was Ms. Smooths 66th marathon! Now shes got 20 days 13 hours and it's showtime at the Full Monte!
