6 miles @3:30am...nice run this morning. seems as though most of my dings and dangs are subsiding  and I'm recovering well from the Provo 1/2. Knock on wood and hit the bricks.

What time to you get to sleep before a 3:30am run? Nice job, man!

Yo Marc,

Depending upon the length of my scheduled run, I head off to bed around 8:pm! I want to get my sleep and I don't want to run in the heat of the day.

From RAD on Wed, Aug 11, 2010 at 13:50:59 from 67.172.229.125

woo hoo! Nice work and I'm glad the little nags are going away, they are usually the worst. I've been a bad blogger...I need to go read your 1/2 report!

Oh...even going to bed at 8, I still don't know how you get up that early!!

From Smooth on Wed, Aug 11, 2010 at 16:10:01 from 174.23.203.161

Good job going to bed soooo early and out the door running when most folks are just snoozing away!

Glad the dings are gone! How's the Corvette?
