Do you all realize that there are only 10 weeks left till SGM? Hey, thats only 70 days, I better get my stuff together and get my training plan into a serious uphill curve........

ugghhh - 10 weeks! YOU need to get your stuff together?!? I'm barely going to hit 20 miles this WEEK. I need to get my stuff together! Thanks for the reminder.
Enjoy the rest day, I hope you have a GREAT race tomorrow! I'd love to have you come back and run me and baby fartlek in. I keep thinking that last 1/2 mile UP 900 S might just kill me with the jogging stroller, so any extra support I can get would be GREAT! Besides, with how fast you'll run you'll nearly have time to shower before I get to the finish!!

Rhett-I will throw all caution to the wind and run this one just like you would. But probably a bit slower, because I'm an old man!
Teena-Win, draw, lose or steal that other guys medal again, It will be a fantastic day!
