Not a bad year at all, I placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in my old man AG in 5 out of 7 running events....

This was my 15th year doing the Nestle 5k. I just love this small town family oriented run around the block. This years attendance hit 1983 runners, pretty good for a really small town.....I was still a bit off my game this year because of a nagging injury. Oh well, it was a really fun day of running and meeting up with lots of friends........now it's on to the Big Cottonwood Marathon.

4 easy miles @ 4:am on 13th & 17th east. Nothing special, just doin' it! My left leg injury seems to be almost completely healed. I'm continuing my personal rehab, combined with my weight lifting routine and of course I'm getting into my runing schedule as I make my way to the Big Cottonwood in September and then on to The authenic Athens Greece Marathon in November......Oh Yea!
