100 days - the final countdown!
when you say hill training, are you talking downhill, uphill, or both? that Full Monte looks like it's got a lot of downhill

JD, the Full Monte is almost all downhill running, but itís a gentle downhill. The last 5 miles or so are mostly flat so be prepared for the last miles to be somewhat boring and labored because there flat. When you get into your training plan on doing some flat miles at the end of your higher mileage hill training. This will help on the real Full Monte course when weíre on it in September! When I say hill training I mean itís the hardest hill course I can find , sustaining an even effort as you climb as and descend!!! Hill training is just a bit different than hill repeats or mile repeats.

sounds like an easy course to blow up on flying down the first 21 miles then paying the piper for the last 5! thanks for the heads up
