Good job Slick. You are going to have a great race in Boston. I'm excited to see how well you do.

Jo Rhett, Bostons is just another long run this season....I'm not doing anything special there, except maybe run with Canyon.

From Rhett on Sat, Apr 02, 2011 at 14:12:28 from 74.36.33.52

Oh, for some reason I thought you were going for a Boston PR. Well, running with Canyon might land you one. She's pretty speedy. I'm getting excited to just cruise through Boston myself. Stay healthy. See you in a couple weeks.

Rhett & RPaul ; when I switched up and decided to do about 9 or 10 marathons this year I changed my plans to more of a survival mode. One plan is to BQ at every marathon I do this year. Should be do able as I'm an old cogger an my BQ time is a really big number!!!!!!
