MY GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  Ya know what I mean? This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind or spirit!

RAD - After Cowtown my schedule of running is just getting started. My training schedule is built on running 15 or 17 races in 2011. My goal is to run my races in a conservative fashion so as to recover quickly and be ready for the next race in short order time...

Yea Marc! Yes the Cowtown is coming and it only about 13 days and 20 hours away. I've got my bags packed and I'm ready to get there...
