1. GOALS.....My goal is to be an Age Division Winner and a Boston Marathon Qualifer & Participant as long as I can run this short, fat, tired old man body down the road!!!  Ya know what I mean? This gettin' old crap isn't for the weak of heart, mind or spirit!
